All ROC Personal Trainers are certified through a nationally recognized personal trainer certification (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, AFAA, ISSA or equivalent).
Trainers coordinate small group personal training to make it more affordable to clients. Small group sessions are where two or three people, with similar fitness goals, work with a trainer in a 2- or 3-on-1 setting. Sessions are one hour each.
