Guidelines for Using Library Materials

  • Any person who signs a membership card may have the privilege of checking out media from the library.
  • The loan period for books is two weeks. Audio visual materials are loaned out for one week. Renewals will be granted if no names are on the reserve list.
  • Only four books and two audio visuals may be checked out by a church member at a time, except where special reasons justify more. Non-church members are limited to one item.
  • Fines are charged for overdue books and A/V items. The money from overdue fines will go toward purchasing new items and for Library promotion.
  • Items that are damaged or lost are to be paid for by the user.
  • If a member of one family borrows an item, it is requested that they not lend that item to another family before checking it in at the Library.
