FAQs

Where do I check in my child on Sunday morning?
You can check your kids in at the Kid City check-in station, located on the 75th Street entrance side of our building. Find out more about our electronic check-in system.

Can my child attend worship service with me?
Absolutely! We have a special worship service at 9:30 in Kid City geared toward our 1st-4th graders, but feel free to have your child attend “big church” with you.

Can I bring my child if he or she is sick?
No. We can only accept well children into our children’s area. If you bring your child when they are ill, all other children and staff are exposed. We cannot accept a child into the children’s area if:

  • The child has had a fever of over 101.5 within 24 hours.
  • The child has diarrhea or vomiting.
  • The child’s eyes are pink or have a discharge.
  • The child has a sore throat or an ear infection.
  • The child has questionable rashes.

If a child develops a fever or other symptoms of illness, he will be removed to a safe place where he can rest, and his parents will be contacted. Please note that we are unable to administer medications.
